Our Story

Nestled along the gentle flow of the River Beane near the village of Auston End, River Beane Vineyard began as a lockdown project and has since grown into a thriving small-batch producer with a distinctive vision. Rooted in innovation and sustainability, the vineyard champions PIWI (Pilzwiderstandsfähige) grape varieties, resilient, fungus-resistant vines that reduce environmental impact while setting us apart in the English wine landscape.

From these carefully cultivated vines comes our signature English red wine, crafted with character and care. And soon, the vineyard will welcome its next chapter: the release of our English sparkling rosé, a bright expression of our terroir and commitment to exceptional, forward-thinking winemaking.
